The Prince of Rinpung

Ngawang Jigten Wangchuk

 

As Ngawang Jigten Wangchuk, the Tai Situpa was a virtuous Buddhist prince. He was the youngest son of the Rinpung King of Tibet, in the 16th Century. The Prince was also a renowned poet and master of lyrical works.
